WE ARE HIRING | C&S PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: Singapore

Duration: Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented C&S Project Coordinator to support Civil & Structural construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and follow up with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction documentation, submissions, and project records.
• Maintain project trackers, document registers, and submission/approval logs.
• Coordinate and track RFIs, shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Monitor project timelines, pending actions, and documentation status.
• Support the project team with reporting, documentation, and administrative coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction project coordination, C&S support, or construction documentation is preferred.
• Familiarity with RFIs, shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and site records is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Singapore building or infrastructure project experience is preferred.
