Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians/team
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or facility-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during maintenance work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory
• Coordinate with production/operations team to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work
• Liaise with external contractors/vendors for repairs, servicing, or equipment procurement when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Able to handle emergency breakdowns

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
