Position : Manufacturing Manager

Salary Range: RM7000 to RM9000

Location : Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
• Saturday 8:00am to 12:30pm (alternate)

Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet order and delivery requirements.
• Oversee production operations, manpower allocation and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure production output meets required quality, quantity and timeline.
• Coordinate with Material Planning, Procurement, Warehouse and QC/QA to ensuresmooth production.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, wastage, rejection, rework and machine downtime.
• Manage and develop production supervisors, operators and workers.
• Ensure machinery, equipment, workplace safety and factory housekeeping are properly maintained.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and improve production SOPs, processes and workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost control and manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor production KPIs and report production performance to Management.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management or relatedfield.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in extrusion, PVC/composite, building materials, furniture or wood related manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong production planning, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Hands-on, organised, accountable and comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Knowledge of autocount or production management systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Production management: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
