Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out plastering and cement rendering works at construction and renovation sites.
Prepare walls, ceilings and other surfaces before plastering.
Mix and apply cement, mortar, plaster and other finishing materials.
Level and smooth surfaces to achieve the required finish.
Repair cracks, uneven surfaces and damaged plaster where required.
Perform internal and external plastering works.
Take measurements and ensure work is completed according to drawings and site requirements.
Carry out patching and touch-up works after installation or other construction activities.
Ensure good workmanship and proper finishing quality.
Use plastering tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area clean.
Follow all workplace safety requirements and use the appropriate PPE.
Coordinate with supervisors and other workers to complete work according to schedule.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in plastering, cement rendering or general construction works.
Able to perform plastering works independently.
Good workmanship and attention to detail.
Able to read basic measurements and follow site instructions.
Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.
Willing to work overtime, weekends or night shifts when required.
Relevant construction experience or skills certification is an advantage.
