About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our daily HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll support, hostel management, training coordination, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
• Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime, and assist with monthly payroll preparation
• Assist staff welfare with employee hostels, and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Organize training venues and materials
• Maintain employee files, draft HR letters, assist with new hire onboarding, and handle routine paperwork & administration task

About you

• Degree student or graduate in HR & Administration, Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential data responsibly
