Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing activities for used car and Corporate Fleet solutions to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with automotive distributors, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop market linkages, and promote used car products and mobility solutions.
• Conduct preliminary evaluations of used car applications and coordinate the submission process.
• Collect and review supporting documents, and prepare credit approval papers for used car and fleet applications.
• Prepare used car Letters of Offer, agreements, and other relevant documentation.
• Manage client accounts and provide quality customer service throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
• Lead, coach, and guide team members to achieve business objectives and maintain service standards.
• Monitor and maintain accurate sales and operational reports, including enquiries, applications, and subscriptions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in automotive finance sales, fleet sales, car leasing, car rental, banking, or financial products.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate in Japanese is an advantage, particularly when engaging with Japanese-speaking clients and business partners.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide and support team members.
