Responsibilities
Location: Orchard
Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift required [no midnight shift]
Salary: Up to $3100 + aws + flexi benefit + staff meals
Our client is a leading international hospitality company. Join them as a Reservations & Customer Care Executive, where you’ll manage guest bookings while handling communication centre operations. This dual role ensures seamless reservation experiences and professional guest interactions across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations accurately.
Manage calls, emails, and guest enquiries with professionalism.
Provide clear information on room rates, packages, and promotions.
Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns promptly.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
Promote hotel services, upselling opportunities, and loyalty programmes.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, call handling protocols, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Prior experience in reservations, call centre, or guest service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Familiarity with hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
