  • Flexible Shift Timings:
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend opportunities available if you wish to take them). Minimum availability of 3 shifts per week preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Logistics & Setup: Handle pre- and post-event setup and teardown, ensuring all event logistics, tools, equipment, and printed materials are properly sourced, prepared, and displayed.
  • Ingredient Prep & Management: Prepare, sort, and stage ingredients and tools for cooking lessons and corporate classes.
  • Chef & Demonstration Support: Assist professional chefs smoothly during live cooking demonstrations and team-building sessions.
  • Client Engagement & Experience: Interact warmly with corporate participants during events to ensure a fun, engaging, and smooth-running experience.
  • Media & Memories: Capture high-quality photos and moments during events to document the participant experience.
  • Studio Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain pristine kitchen hygiene standards, manage post-event cleanups, and ensure overall studio upkeep in compliance with food safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Background: Culinary background of any sort (formal training, baking/cooking passion, or relevant F&B experience).
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of proper food handling, kitchen safety, and hygiene standards (NEA/SFA guidelines).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a genuine ability to work seamlessly as a team.
  • Work Ethic: A driven, positive, energetic, and fun attitude capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Skills: Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
