Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
Manage and supervise beauty therapists, service staff, and other team members to maintain high service standards
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities aligned with business goals
Monitor store revenue, expenses, inventory, and service quality to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to uphold brand reputation
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to build a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and workplace procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Relevant experience in store management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills demonstrated through team management and customer interactions
Good business sense with the ability to achieve sales targets and manage overall store performance
Excellent problem-solving and team management abilities to address operational challenges effectively
Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
