Basic information:

• Location: Benoi

• Salary from $2,500 - $3,000

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing & Invoice Verification

  • Process high-volume payments with proper supporting documents and approvals.

  • Review and verify invoices, bills, and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with Purchasing and Operations where required.

  • Maintain accurate vendor records and update payment details in the system.

  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as month-end closing activities.

  Bookkeeping & Accounting Records

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

  • Maintain up-to-date accounting records across all entities.

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting transactions and supporting documents.

  Reconciliation & Reporting Support

  • Verify and reconcile transaction data to ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly management reporting.

  • Assist with account reconciliations and matching of transaction records.

  • Identify and highlight discrepancies for review by senior team members.

  • Support month-end closing activities, including data preparation and collection.

  Team & Finance Support

  • Work closely with the General Manager to support finance operations and reporting.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial information for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Provide ad-hoc finance and administrative support as required.
