We are looking for a BIM Modeller / Drafter (Revit & As-Built Drawings) to join our team. If you have experience in BIM modelling, technical drawing and building documentation, we welcome you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Create 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare Measured Drawings based on site measurements.
• Process 3D Laser Scanning data and convert it into BIM models and technical drawings.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Check drawings for accuracy and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings for Architectural, Structural and M&E works.
• Assist with site measurements, inspections and project documentation when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology, Drafting, BIM or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in BIM Modelling, As-Built Drawings or Measured Drawings.
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Autodesk ReCap or 3D Laser Scanning is an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Experience in government projects is an added advantage.
