We are looking for a visionary, proactive, and dynamic Head of STEAM-Based Initiatives & Design Teacher to join us in mid-August 2027 to empower our students to actively realize their creative potential. What You’ll Do
Lead the Spark: Spearhead and elevate STEAM-based initiatives across campus, fostering a culture of hands-on inquiry and cutting-edge design thinking.
Teach & Inspire : Deliver engaging Design curriculum (MYP Design and IB DP Design) that challenges students to solve real-world problems.
Bridge Disciplines: Collaborate with a passionate team of educators to integrate coding, robotics, product design, and AI literacy across disciplines.
Empower Every Learner: Cultivate an inclusive, positive classroom where diverse learning needs are championed and every voice is heard.
What You Bring to the Table
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, an undergraduate degree and a recognized teacher certification, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Education; or Postgraduate Diploma in Education or a closely related field.
Proven track record in STEAM programming with a strong interdisciplinary, inquiry-led mindset.
Experience supporting and teaching learners with diverse educational needs.
Native-level English proficiency.
A highly proactive, collaborative, and team-first attitude.
Standout Skills
Experience teaching IB DP Design and IB MYP Design.
Experience organizing large scale initiatives like Design Challenge or Hack-a-thon.
Hands-on background in product design, robotics, web programming, and digital media (video/image editing).
Expertise in ICT/IT integration within a Google and Mac ecosystem.
Demonstrated mastery in leading Project-Based Learning (PBL).
