Responsibilities
Location:
Anson Road/ Orchard Road/ Redhill MRT Station (Office)/ Site
Working days:
5 days
Salary Package:
Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with relevant authority requirements.
Review technical issues, propose solutions, and monitor shop drawing production progress.
Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods, and civil and structural (C&S) shop drawings.
Resolve drawing-related construction issues and coordinate with Architectural, M&E teams, and relevant authorities.
Supervise BIM Modellers in producing coordinated shop drawings and concrete body plans.
Requirements
Degree in
Civil or Structural Engineering
, with relevant design experience working with contractors.
Professional Engineer registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Familiarity with British and Singapore design standards.
