Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Associate for Devialet, a French lifestyle brand specializing in advanced acoustic engineering and high-performance sound systems.

• Provide outstanding, personalized customer service in line with luxury brand standards.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the unique features of audio technology.
• Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs and providing sound recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and clienteling.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Handle customer queries, after-sales support professionally.
• Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to achieve sales and store KPIs.
• Stay updated on brand news, product launches, and competitor activity.

Requirement:

• Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possess experience in sales and customer service in retail industry. Candidate from Lifestyle Tech & Luxury Retail are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English is required.
