Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse setting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency is a major plus to coordinate with regional partners.
- Leader with a strong team player mindset. Demonstrated ability to lead operations effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and an exceptional communicator.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure maximum workflow efficiency and smooth physical movement of goods.
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics, systematically monitoring the loading and unloading of lorries/containers and managing the effective tracking of incoming stocks and outgoing deliveries.
- Ensure orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries are accurate.
- Ensure goods return from customers is verified and checked and liaise with related internal department personnel on the return goods
- Monitor and arrange workers to keep all incoming goods at the right location.
- To maintain stock accuracy in both system and physical control.
- Enforce company operating procedures, strict workplace safety regulations, and ISO 9001 quality management requirements across all warehouse activities.
- Liaise with forwarding agent / Transporter on delivery of imported goods
- Liaise and team work with internal departmental staff.
