Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in conveyancing (freshly admitted lawyers with relevant exposure are encouraged to apply).

Spoken and written Mandarin (to manage China clients)

Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.

Provide comprehensive legal advice, services, and documents for project matters (e.g., Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deeds of Mutual Covenant, and Loan documentation).

Liaise with developers, purchasers, banks, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of all legal documentation.

Conduct legal research and provide sound legal opinions where necessary.

Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project progress.
