Calling for Event Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Executive to join our team. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our company's objectives and enhance our brand presence. Our company is specializing in Treasure Hunt, Team Building, Amazing Race, Annual dinner and etc. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of each event.

Job Scope:

• Assistimg kn event operation and inventory support
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine event objectives, themes, and target audience.
• Plan and manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other external partners.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and attendee management.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in event management.

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Able to speak English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time
• Prior experience in event management or customer service is a plus, but not required
