Friday: 12.30pm - 5.30pm

Saturday: 12.30pm - 5.30pm

Sunday: 8.30am - 1.30pm

What You’ll Do

• Your duties will include handling customer enquiries and orders in person and on the phone
• Handle administrative duties which include designing and printing of customized cards, toppers, labels, etc
• Process product orders, including compilation, confirmation and amendment of orders
• Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints and providing necessary service recovery

What You’ll Need

• Some relevant work experience in customer service or frontline
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Pleasant disposition and cheerful personality
• Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customer
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Ability to listen, think and respond effectively to customer needs and request
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $700.00 - $750.00 per month
