WE’RE HIRING: SPECIAL CAFÉ CHEF

Locations: Bayan Lepas / Kulim / Batu Kawan

Join our Halal kitchen at an MNC factory cafeteria. We’re looking for a versatile chef who enjoys preparing varied, attractive food and creating fresh ideas to keep the menu interesting.

Your responsibilities:

- Prepare Asian, Western, local and healthy dishes

- Develop different and appealing menu ideas from time to time

- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety and Halal requirements

- Manage food cost, ingredients and kitchen stock responsibly

- Work independently and manage kitchen duties when required

- Report to the Cafeteria Manager

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of chef experience

- Experience with a variety of cuisines and café-style menus

- Able to manage food cost and minimise wastage

- Strong hygiene practices and a responsible work attitude

- Able to work independently
