老板无理解雇??我能做些什么??

最近经理一直把我的junior A(能力非常好,经理也欣赏)的工作推给我和junior B做,与其说一起做,他更像是看谁更适合留下来并可以跟Junior A一起合作成大事,我感觉这操作是被炒的前兆,不知有人的公司也有这样的操作吗?

April 2019, I received the PIP letter. Unfortunately PIP no final outcome then received show cause letter on Jul, dismissal notice on August due to my wife online business. What I should I do next?
They go thru the DI process and using letter offer clause conflict of interest which apply to family member. And misused the company Facebook thru the agent ( which create by agent who work with company before ).

这个和老师说谁今天都别想提早回家一样。等你是过来人或人家的老师你就会有各种理由发脾气。道理和公司和员工的情感一样有时会吵架看不惯的可以离开。
