<p>首先你要向你的 HR 问 update,了解 KWSP 分期付款的事宜,如果 HR 还是没有给你实际的答复或还是持续拖欠赔偿金。我会建议你去 KWSP make appointment,亲自到 KWSP 查询清楚有关 KWSP 数额,有必要的话,你可以 sue 你的公司有关拖欠薪水和赔偿金。</p>

Make sure you have:</p><ul><li>Monthly Payslips </li><li>Check also starting which month they not contribute in KWSP.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Also, please notify to Perkeso and apply under EIS for you to gain benefits. Check with Perkeso when the last time they pay Perkeso.</p>

<p>Depends on how the calculation by the company. If you asking how much should they pay you, I dont have answer as I didn't know you salary, your annual leave balance, public holiday taken etc. If you want more specific, is better to discuss with HR & Payroll team for better understanding.</p>
