- Inventory coordinators keep track of product stored in warehouses for transport to stores, wholesalers and individual customers. They inspect the inventory and maintain paperwork and document . Schedule large shipments and plan logistics. Responsible for shipping operations include planning, optimization the shipping process and comply to the regulations. Monitoring of Export & Import shipping movement activities. Liaison with overseas customers and coordinate with shipping, (forwarding agents, transporter and warehouse) for scheduling and booking of shipments to ensure timely and smooth shipment delivery. Tracking and monitoring of cargo movement. To ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documentations. Maintain and keep track of a proper filing system. To lead and provide solutions to team members when problem raised. Provide assistance to both internal or external parties when issues arise. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior from time to time.
