Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Occupational Health Services

Provide first aid treatment and basic medical assistance for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Conduct health assessments, health screening, and medical monitoring for employees.
Monitor employees’ health conditions and provide appropriate follow-up care.
Assist Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) in managing occupational health programs.
Support workplace health promotion activities such as health campaigns, vaccination programs, and wellness programs.

2. Workplace Injury & Emergency Management

Attend to workplace accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies promptly.
Provide immediate first aid treatment and arrange further medical attention if required.
Maintain accurate records of workplace injuries and treatments provided.
Assist in accident investigation and preparation of related reports.

3. Employee Medical Records Management

Maintain and update employees’ medical records, treatment records, and health screening documentation.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee medical information.
Prepare medical reports and documentation when required.

4. Health Screening & Medical Support

Perform basic health checks including:
Blood pressure monitoring
Body weight and BMI assessment
Health questionnaires
Basic health assessments
Assist doctors during medical examinations and occupational health assessments.
Coordinate medical appointments, health screening sessions, and follow-up activities.

5. Occupational Safety & Health Compliance

6. Medication & Clinic Management

Manage and maintain workplace clinic supplies, medications, and medical equipment.
Ensure proper storage and inventory control of medicines and medical supplies.
Monitor expiry dates of medical supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the workplace clinic.

7. Administrative Duties

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
