About the role

We're seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team at TET TAFA FENCE & MESH SDN. BHD.'. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and impactful social media content to drive brand awareness, boost engagement, and support our digital marketing initiatives. This role is based in Subang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TET TAFA Fence & Mesh's business goals, targeting specific customer segments and industry trends.
Create engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos, showcasing TET TAFA Fence & Mesh's products, services, and expertise in the fence and wire mesh industry.
Manage and maintain TET TAFA Fence & Mesh's social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for content innovation and differentiation.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to address concerns and foster positive relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather information, align content with business objectives, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance TET TAFA Fence & Mesh's social media presence and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and create multilingual content as needed.
Open to appearing on-camera for marketing videos and social media reels
Required Skill(s): Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editing, Copywriting
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent.
