  • To assist and support other departments/operations on system issues, product pricing related matters, including providing support for product development, testing of product illustration and system maintenance.
  • To assist in implementation of system enhancements which includes preparing user requirement/test scopes, drafting test plan and test script, performing user acceptance test (UAT), managing defects or system bugs reporting and documentation of test results and reporting.
