Lead the workstream on STB’s performance indicators and targets. The officer needs to be data-driven and regularly analyse STB’s performance through our corporate indicators, propose leading indicators, and set benchmarks based on STB’s strategies and priorities. Additionally, the officer will work with STB’s line units to seek alignment and monitor progress, organise timely, regular reviews of performance for senior management, develop and manage our annual reporting of targets and achievements to STB Board and MTI.
Work with relevant teams to set up the Management Dashboard on STB’s data analytics platform. The target users of the Management Dashboard are members of STB Management and line units. The officer must work closely with the technology teams to provide user needs on the desired visualisations and user experience.
Serve as STB’s deskhead for MTI, working with MTI to manage key reporting platforms and updates for MTI senior management, and discussions on STB’s KPIs and priorities.
