Requirements & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Public Administration, Account, Finance or any related field.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related industry and at least 5 years of senior executive experience related to the role and scope of work offered.
Having knowledge of labour legislation (Employment Act and other related regulatory).
Can multitask and focus on continuous improvement.
Independent and able to work well with other stakeholders.
Trustworthy, hardworking, committed to the task assigned.
Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
Good leadership quality, result-oriented, independent and has high integrity.

Responsibilities

Build, protect, and continuously improve the company's and department's intellectual property and assets, including methodologies, best practices, technical know-how, knowledge base, processes, and procedural frameworks.
Response incident to the asset or process regarding to Human Capital Management department.
Perform and monitor business impact analysis and risk assessment to the asset and process regularly to develop risk management strategies and implement risk mitigation measures regarding to Human Capital Management department.
Build, manage, and motivate the assets (i.e., people) of the department, means overseeing the daily operations and activities of the department's Employee. It involves tasks like setting expectations, providing guidance, allocating work, and monitoring performance.
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the organization's adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as managing the implementation of and adherence to the organization's information security policy and management system in all aspects of operations.
Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
Provide mentorship or 1:1 coaching to Employee within the department to support their competencies development and growth.
Support and implement the organization's overall business and management vision, mission, strategy, plans, and decisions, both internally and externally.
Plan and monitor departmental activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and ensure department output while identifying and optimizing cross-functional processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns, facilitating communication, and advocating for the organization's interests with external stakeholders while effectively communicating their needs and expectations internally.
Facilitating collaboration and integration between different departments within the organization to ensure that they work together cohesively to achieve common goals.
Identify and address skill gaps within the department. Proactively make suggestions and recommendations to address these gaps, in line with the information security objective for continuous improvement.
Establish and monitor overall KPIs, including department and Employee performance, to ensure they meet expectations as necessary. Additionally, prepare department budgets and track expenditures to ensure they align with the allocated budget.
Prepare comprehensive periodic reports/if any to update the departmental status for Top Management and serve as the focal person to attend meetings within the organization and with clients when necessary.
Monitor changes in standard practices environments that may impact risk management and deliver regular risk reports to Top Management, highlighting key risks and mitigation efforts.
Communicate, interpret, and execute the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) policies and Codes of Conduct within the Employee and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programs.
Design a compensation and benefit package based on business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture in compliance with current laws and regulations.
Monitoring, comparing, and researching compensation and benefits trends, plans, job classifications and salaries through data and cost analyses.
Identifying opportunities and design, update and maintain business policies or objectives. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Plan, develop, maintain, and implement performance evaluation/review form, question, and procedures bi-annually and ensure all done according to timeline.
Design, draft and review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
Ensure that the salary reviews processes are handled in a structured and professional way and staff costs are in line with targets and budgets and ensure uses of HR data to enable better management of all human resource-related processes, payroll accuracy and timely, timekeeping and attendance and staff planning work in a timely and efficient way.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all Employee.
Oversee Employee onboarding, offboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Lead the execution of culture transformation and Employee engagement programmes.
To ensure a structured succession plan to ensure the development of the right people in the right roles.
To ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
To ensure all the licenses, authority registration, tenancy agreement, and procedure compliance up to date, well maintained and systematic.
To ensure all the assets list, property, equipment, machinery of the company is well maintenance and safe.
Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance.
To ensure OSH/HSSE implementation, documentation, and activities comply with the OSH/HSSE Documentation, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and internal process requirements, including oversight of operational personnel involved in any activity.
To review HSSE reports, incident investigations, risk assessments, safety briefings, and audit results to ensure non-conformities and corrective actions are monitored, tracked, and closed within agreed timelines.
To ensure personnel involved in any operational activity receive required OSH/HSSE awareness or briefing and verify readiness before commencement of activities.
To drive HSSE program and awareness initiatives including Safety & Health Committee activities, emergency response preparedness, and safety campaigns for premise and organisational environments to ensuring Employee engagement and continual reinforcement of safe practices.
To perform any other task as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or other Top Management
