- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, including setting-out, levelling, and execution of hardscape, softscape and maintenance works. Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and site diary. Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Resource, Quality & Compliance Management
- Prepare and monitor material orders and delivery schedules. Supervise site labour, including internal and foreign workers’ attendance, productivity, and work quality. Coordinate subcontractors’ work and support the Quantity Surveyor in joint measurements and site verification. Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring all activities comply with QA/QC standards and project requirements. ...
