Pro and Skill Career was founded in 2022 with a mission to help fresh crew or experience Malaysians work at sea. We began as a cruise recruitment agency and in manage to expanded to commercial cargo ship career support including tugboats, ferries and tankers. We work closely with maritime academies and local company shipowners. Our reputation is built on real placement (not just training), end to end guidance from zero experience and long term career support and upgarding paths.
