Its products include laser printers, inkjet printers, multifunction printers, complete range of printer consumables, labels, backup storage, services, printing solutions as well as office supplies. PNMS also sells dot matrix printers for printing single and multi part forms for business users. In addition, it offers maintenance, consulting, systems integration, and distributed fleet management services. The company serves in various industries, such as finance, services, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and health care. The company was founded in 2006 and is curretnly headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
