Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
Work closely with Production and NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to investigate on-site abnormalities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) and quality inspection standards across production lines.
