The Control Tower Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily air freight/trucking operations, ensuring shipments are monitored and managed end-to-end in accordance with customer requirements, operational procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). The role serves as a key coordination point between customers, origin and destination teams, customs brokers, and internal operations teams.
