Inspector of Work (IOW)
- - Responsible for the following up on instruction & commitments associated with the project.- Ensure the works are as per contract.- Keep the detailed record on site, and report to the S.O. on the progress report weekly.- Ensure the working procedure to comply with the relevant statutory requirement, agreed method and recommend modification to the process with HQ- Attend site meetings, progress meetings- Liaise with all involved parties and local authorities to facilitate the construction activities.- Supervise, investigate, inspect and check the materials that to be used to by the contractor for construction works.- Prepare and issue amended construction details and issue out engineer’s instruction if required.- Keep monitoring site condition- able to work at Terengganu* Available to join immediately*
