Business development manager
Current Employee, Less than 1 year years in the role"A highly successful company catering to bumiputra individuals."
Remarkable individuals
Intern
Ex-Employee, years in the role"An efficient and well-established company"
During my internship, I acquired knowledge and experience in human resource management tasks. This included learning how to effectively manage manpower, methods, and all aspects related to human resources.
Project Officer
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Advantage"
Masterplan Consulting Sdn Bhd provides great benefits for all employees, and I am thoroughly enjoying working with the staff. I have learned how to be more independent in my job, which I have successfully achieved. However, I am slightly disappointed with the work culture of some individuals in the company. The most challenging aspect of the job is managing customers and subcontractors. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to meet new people and learn from them.
Sales Coordinator
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Welcoming atmosphere"
- Job: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm - Most challenging: Had difficulty with tender submission because of deadline - Colleagues are extremely friendly and supportive - Office environment is comfortable with all necessary equipment available
Account and admin assistant
Ex-Employee, Less than 1 year years in the role"Most of the staff are Malay."
The employees are helpful and assist me with understanding how to handle invoices and file them properly. They also provided guidance on using their user-friendly system, which is consistent and easy to navigate, especially for someone new to it like myself.
