I have learned how to be more independent in my job, which I have successfully achieved. However, I am slightly disappointed with the work culture of some individuals in the company. The most challenging aspect of the job is managing customers and subcontractors. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of the job is being able to meet new people and learn from them.
