The candidate will be responsible for maintaining reliable and secure cloud platforms, handling production incidents, and improving cloud operations through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain production cloud environments to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure and platform issues.Participate in 24x7 on-call and incident management activities.Lead high-severity incidents and coordinate with cloud, network, security, and application teams.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.Manage operational changes in line with security and change management processes.Automate operational tasks and improve monitoring, alerting, self-healing, and deployment processes.Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures.Support cloud security, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and audit activities.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.Required Skills3–6 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments.Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics, monitoring, and alerts.Good understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM.Experience working with hybrid or multi-cloud environments is preferred.Experience with ITSM, incident management, change management, and on-call operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good to HaveExperience handling major/high-severity production incidents.Knowledge of automation, self-healing, and monitoring tools.Experience in telecom or other mission-critical production environments.Experience with cloud security and compliance.
