Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests from residents and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution. Liaise with internal maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs, inspections, and servicing of common facilities.
Conduct routine inspections of common facilities to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and identify any issues or deficiencies. Support the inventory management of facilities assets and supplies and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Township Management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, tenants, and visitors, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
