Job Description

Kick-start your career with hands-on marketing experience

Graduated recently and wondering how you're supposed to get experience when every job asks for experience?

You're not alone, and that's exactly why we hire differently.

At Eaglesview Marketing, we believe great careers start with attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Since 2014, we've been helping graduates build practical skills through real campaigns, professional coaching, and clear opportunities for career progression.

If you enjoy working with people, love a fast-paced environment, and want more than a desk job, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Events & Marketing Associate, you'll represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns, promotional events, roadshows, and brand activations.

Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

Representing client brands professionally at events and marketing campaigns.
Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences.
Supporting the planning and execution of live marketing activities.
Working closely with teammates to achieve campaign goals.
Learning communication, presentation, leadership, and customer engagement skills through ongoing coaching.

What We're Looking For

You’re a fresh graduate (All majors welcome, we love diversity!).
You’re a natural talker who genuinely loves engaging with people.
You have a growth mindset and thrive in a team.
You are proactive, accountable, and hungry for a challenge.

No prior marketing experience? No problem. Our training is designed to help you build confidence from day one.

What You'll Gain

We believe learning shouldn't stop after university.

Here's what you can expect:

Structured one-to-one mentorship from experienced leaders.
Ongoing training in marketing, communication, leadership, and public speaking.
Clear, performance-based career progression.
Opportunities to attend regional and international networking events.
A supportive team culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.
