At the same time, urban areas are filled with vacant or underutilized properties, sitting idle while the demand for affordable housing continues to climb. This disconnect affects more than just housing. It’s a structural barrier that impacts:

At the same time, property owners struggle to rent out their investment units due to a variety of reasons. These spaces go unused; and when left vacant, properties can fall into disrepair or become burdens for their owners.
