Ensuring compliance with all accounting and financial reporting standards (MFRS), Bursa, Securities Commission and relevant Statutory bodies' rules and regulations, including income tax, sales and services tax, legislative requirements and group policies.
Liaison with auditors, tax agents and other statutory authorities to ensure all requirements are complied with.
Coordination of yearly audit with external auditors.
