Act as the first escalation point for operational disruptions, urgent fulfilment matters, customer complaints and safety-related incidents.
Manage end-to-end commercial vehicle fulfilment activities, including pre-delivery inspection, vehicle preparation, registration coordination, accessory fitment, customisation, documentation and customer handover.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Workshop, Parts, vendors and principals to ensure vehicles are delivered in accordance with customer requirements, committed timelines and quality standards.
