Market Leadership: As of 2026, the firm is a primary voice in the industry, recently releasing the Malaysia Real Estate Market Outlook 2026, which forecasts a shift from "resilience to relevance," driven by industrial growth and ESG-compliant assets.

Leadership: Led by Group Managing Director Tan Ka Leong.  

2. CBRE Asia Pacific Business Services

Located in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur, this hub supports the broader APAC region.  

Global Workplace Solutions (GWS): Focuses on occupier outsourcing, including facilities management and project management.

Shared Services: Employs over 300 professionals in departments such as Finance, People (HR), and Business Operations.
