This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the core team and management across the business. It is a generalist seat: your remit is set by what the company most needs at a given moment rather than by function. Over a typical quarter that might mean partnership development, a regulatory workstream, commercial modelling, board material, competitor research, a live client pursuit, and a fund evaluation — often in the same week.
Investment fluency matters here and is a strong preference. We want someone who can hold their own on fund selection, portfolio logic, and investment risk, because those conversations run through the CEO’s office constantly. But this is not a seat where you will spend most of your time in a model.
