Strengthen Governance & Regulatory Compliance - Develop, review, and enhance Industrial & Employee Relations policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Trade Unions Act 1959, PDPA, AMLA, IFSA, BNM regulatory requirements, and the Bank's internal policies.
Drive Case Management & Operational Excellence - Oversee the Bank's IER case management framework, including case tracking, disciplinary records, management reporting, vendor and external solicitor management, committee papers, and continuous process improvements to strengthen governance, legal risk management, and operational efficiency
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Industrial Relations, including union management.
