无处伸冤。
上司对我说了要懂得Work life balance,我都不懂他的work life balance到底是怎样的balance法， 什么又叫做‘不要太迟回，可是当天的工作一定要做完’ 如果工作不当天完成又说气到你吐血。
如果不ot，不及时做好东西，又说我拖工作，工作太多，搞到每天9到6变9到7，最近几个月都是每天放工后都需要做到10点11点，一个email迟回复一天就骂到狗血淋头，而他自己的邮件和其他可以拖到几天才回复才做，这样当然可以work life balance.
你以为我不想赶，赶到半条命了还在赶，又有新人要教,一教就是一整天，又要赶工
回到家还要忙家务事。。。
有时候真的很想放弃自己，放弃一切，这样的生活好像没有什么意义。

有什么工作下班后就可以休息的
请问有什么工作是下班后就可以休息，完全不需要再碰工作，薪水还不错的？哪怕上班的时候辛苦一点也没关系。感觉现在的工作十之八九都是要占用下班时间或周末的，要另外做准备、要面对client、或者是应付上司的额外要求。一天下来都没有什么个人时间了，才没有心情去运动还是提升自己，因为太累了。

应该回马来西亚重新开始吗？
