1) Support overall business growth by aligning visual merchandising strategies with the company’s objectives and brand direction.2) Ensure all visual merchandising executions follow company standards, including directives provided via photographs, visual campaign books, and guidelines from headquarters. Adapt or localize displays appropriately to suit regional market preferences while maintaining brand integrity.3) Create and present PowerPoint recaps of store visits and visual executions for reporting to headquarters.4) Plan, implement, and maintain window and in-store visual displays to maximize commercial impact.5) Analyze weekly sales performance and inventory data to optimize product placement focusing on best-sellers, slow-movers, and high-stock items.6) Support visual and display executions for store openings, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events across the region.7) Monitor competitor visual strategies and retail trends to ensure HLA maintains a competitive edge.8) Participate in regular visual merchandising training sessions provided by headquarters.9) Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned (if needed).
