Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to SPM holders with an exceptional sales track record).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of consistent, high-performing outbound telemarketing or inside sales experience, preferably in fast-paced industries (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Telco, or Subscription-based models).
Language Proficiency: Flawless verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects is a significant commercial advantage.
