Guide and monitor preparation of Circular Resolution, Minutes of General Meetings, Annual Return and statutory forms/documents

Ensuring proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM)

To lead, support and assist the Secretarial Department in all aspects of company secretarial work, statutory files maintenance (i.e. maintain and update company’s statutory books and records) and related statutory requirements.

Preparation of documents/forms for certification by Company Secretary

Assisting in organizing Board/Committee Meeting and General Meetings, as well as preparation of agenda papers/meeting files for these meetings (if any)

Liaising with the External Auditors during audit review and to provide information as requested by the Auditors and liaising with legal advisors on any related agreements which secretarial advice and documents

To have a clear understanding of the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of association/Constitution and Shareholders/Joint Venture Agreements, where applicable

Proficient in using MYCOID system, SPC secretarial software amongst others for incorporation of companies, allotment of shares, changes to the directors, managers and secretary etc.

Responsible for the preparation of Annual Returns using the MBRS systems.

Able to handle and perform admin functions such as preparing of covers letters, correspondences and maintaining proper filling.

Advise on, liaise with and ensure clients’ compliance with the Companies Act, 2016 and other relevant statutory requirements

Liaising with clients, Companies Commission of Malaysia and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matter

Liaising with potential clients for the formation / incorporation of new companies, foundation, LLP or other services provided by the company.

Any other related services assigned by the Management from time to time.

Install and configure fibre optic systems: This involves installing cables, connectors, and other equipment required for the fibre optic system to function properly. Technicians must also perform tests to ensure that the system is operating correctly.

Communicate with clients: Technicians must communicate with clients to understand their needs and to provide updates on the status of the installation or repair process.

Document work: Technicians must maintain detailed records of their work, including installation plans, maintenance records, and test results.

Ensure safety: Technicians must ensure that they are following safety protocols when installing and repairing fiber optic systems. This can involve wearing protective gear, following safety procedures when working at heights, and taking other precautions as necessary.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Technicians must keep abreast of new developments in the fibre optic industry, including new technologies and techniques, to ensure that they are providing the best service to their clients.

Participate in new product reviews to conduct manufacturability assessments and advise on preferred manufacturing methods, tooling and fixture requirements.

Manage CNC tooling, fixturing and equipment, reviewing tooling usage, identifying needs, and requesting purchases and replacements. Support purchasing as needed.

Perform CNC specialist tasks, including creating and installing programs for machine setup, operation, fixture, tooling, and program adjustments.

Implement processes to manage CNC Program files ensuring REV controls and disciplined file storage structure.

Support and maintain CNC monitoring system to support machine productivity optimization.

Analyze tool consumption and sourcing, and drive cost reduction efforts with vendors and the purchasing team.

Maintain close and regular communication with Machine Shop leadership to ensure strong support and aligned direction.

Develop Standard Work for machining operations, leveraging best practices where applicable.

Drive innovation, investigations, and research and development of new machining technology (tooling, fixtures, machine tools, etc).
