As a Junior Brand Manager, you will:
Conduct market research and monitor trends/competitor activities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies/campaigns, and manage budgets.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Build/maintain relationships with suppliers/distributors/retailers, develop new products/services aligned with brand strategy/values
Conducting market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and increase sales.
Coordinating with suppliers and managing the sourcing and procurement of materials and products necessary for the brand.
Analyzing sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Coordinating with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
Managing budgets for marketing campaigns and activities.
Creating and managing social media content and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Coordinating with external agencies such as advertising, public relations, and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
Participating in the development and execution of events and promotions to promote the brand.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers to ensure the brand is properly represented and to maintain a consistent supply chain.
Assisting in the development of new products and services that align with the brand's strategy and values.
