-prepare and tracking CPM for monthly report

· Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of construction staff and ensure their timely work execution.

· Review method statement and engineering design drawings.

· Support the interest of the Project Manager at the site in particular relation to safety, security, environment, cost optimization, and schedule control.

· Responsible to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with the drawing.

· Identified and provide solutions for any technical matters during construction.

· Prepare daily progress report, weekly progress report, and monthly progress report.

· Monitoring site progress, identifying progress deviation, proposing mitigation plan to Project Manager / Construction Manager to reinstate deviated progress back on track.

-To undertake any other ad hoc assignment which may be given from time to time.

Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develops an understanding of the audit clients business

-Interact with the clients in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc

-Execute audit assistant functions to check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.

-Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.

-Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.

-Check all accounting and clients databases are updated and functioning properly.

-Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.

-Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with industry practices and corporate policies.

-Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.
