Planning and coordinating comprehensive student activities and program for students of Mahsa University and encouraging faculty's involvement in educating students with a holistic education.
2. Student Services
Administering essential student services such as providing advice, looking into health and safety conditions, recreation, student representative council and others.
To provide opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and individual responsibility through participation and leadership in student activities and organizations.
3. International Student Activities
To enrich campus life by encouraging interaction between international and domestic students by organizing events and activities.
4. Orientation / Induction
To organize Student Orientation program for new students every semester and work closely with various department to prepare students for the diverse campus environment they will encounter and attending to needs of sub-groups of students, e.g. athletes, multi-cultural and international students.
5. Incidents outside the College
To represent MAHSA University and to assist students should there be any instance of involvement in incidents outside the University especially when it involves police, court and hospitalization.
6. Consultation
Be available for students' consultation on matter pertaining their welfare, and issues faced in the college and to provide advice on their extra co-curricular activities.
7. Administrative Support
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Student Central.
Other Duties
To perform such other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by chief operating officer (COO) or designated representative on behalf of MAHSA university.
Assists in the ISO 9001 certification maintenance program
Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, information)
Oversee the Engage Calibration database adding new equipment, deleting broken pieces
I n response to customer requirements, research and recommend to the Government the best resources and locations for providing iso immersion training courses
A ccompany students and instructors to facilitate iso immersion course and handle onsite administrative details
C ollect, analyze and provide the Government student feedback on courses, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content, instructors, and delivery methodologies)
C ollect and provide the Government instructor feedback about the students and course content, in order to identify possible areas requiring change/improvement (content and delivery techniques)
Works with purchasing in selecting and auditing vendors or subcontractors
Maintain approved suppliers list and all related supplier documentation
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems.
Manage lifting of all equipments and handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.
Analyze all products and non conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
